Community Nurse

We are seeking RNs to cover the Adelaide metropolitan area. You will have acute skills and/or specialist skills or perhaps chronic disease management expertise, including wound management. An ability to perform PEG, SPC & IDC changes would be an advantage. We offer casual shifts over a 7 day roster that can accommodate your family commitments through flexible hours during the week and weekend coverage. No night duty is involved!

Physiotherapist

You will assist in the planning and provision of comprehensive and efficient physiotherapy within an interdisciplinary framework to Home Support Services clients. You will provide therapy to optimise health outcomes, support timely discharge and prevent hospitalisation.

Occupational Therapist

You will assist in the planning and provision of comprehensive and efficient occupational therapy within an interdisciplinary framework to Home Support Services clients. You will provide therapy to optimise health outcomes, support timely discharge and prevent hospitalisation.
Responsibilities include:

  • Selecting and undertaking appropriate assessments
  • Prescribing and arranging patient aids and equipment
  • Recommending and/or organising appropriate community supports services and follow up as required;
  • Liaising with families, staff of other disciplines, and community services to provide integrated intervention programs.

Personal Care Attendant

We are looking for experienced Personal Care Attendants who possess a Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability or Community Services. You will be well-presented, enthusiastic with great people skills wanting to join our growing team to provide personal care to our clients in their own homes.

Domestic Assistant

You will be an experienced domestic who is comfortable cleaning in people’s homes. You are well-presented and enthusiastic and will be part of our growing team of community based Domestic Assistants.

Communication Room Operator
apply for this position

This role supports the Case Coordinators with non-clinical administration duties - specifically data entry of client referrals and placing internal and external calls to the appropriate key personnel in a timely and efficient manner. You will have excellent keyboarding skills and a professional and friendly telephone manner.
