Community Nurse

We are seeking RNs to cover the Adelaide metropolitan area. You will have acute skills and/or specialist skills or perhaps chronic disease management expertise, including wound management. An ability to perform PEG, SPC & IDC changes would be an advantage. We offer casual shifts over a 7 day roster that can accommodate your family commitments through flexible hours during the week and weekend coverage. No night duty is involved!

Responsibilities include:
- Selecting and undertaking appropriate assessments
- Prescribing and arranging patient aids and equipment
- Recommending and/or organising appropriate community supports services and follow up as required;
- Liaising with families, staff of other disciplines, and community services to provide integrated intervention programs.
